      Morval, Yeoman, in trust for the use, benefit and behalf of son John
      Grigg until he attains the age of one and twenty years. But if he
      should happen to die - one half part of said residue to sister Dorothy
      Rose and her children between them, and the other half part unto my
      nieces Dorothy Norish and Elizabeth Hoken equally between them.
